**Cancellation Policy for Tours & Experiences**

At ColTravel Adventours, we carefully prepare every private tour or experience, assign dedicated guides, and secure vehicles to ensure a premium experience for our guests. Because of this, we have established the following cancellation policy:

**1. Cancellation by Customer**

- **More than 30 days before the tour or experience date:** 100% refund of the total amount paid.
- **Between 15 and 30 days before the tour or experience date:** 50% refund of the total amount paid.
- **Less than 15 days before the tour or experience date:** No refund is available.

**2. Deposit Requirements**
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm all private tours or experience and transfers. This deposit is non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 30 days of the scheduled service date.

**3. No-Show Policy**
- If you do not show up at the designated pickup location or fail to contact us on the day of the tour, no refund will be issued.

**4. Changes to Your Booking**
- If you need to change your tour or experience date, please contact us at least 15 days in advance. Date changes are subject to guide and vehicle availability. No additional fees will apply if requested within this window.

**5. Cancellation by ColTravel Adventours (Weather or Safety Issues)**
- Some activities (such as paragliding) are weather-dependent. If we cancel the tour or experience due to unsafe conditions or unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you a full refund or the option to reschedule for another day.

**6. How to Cancel**
- To cancel or modify a booking, you must send a written request to our official contact email or WhatsApp. The cancellation effective date will be the date we receive your written notification.
